If the placement does not hold six months, we replace it.
It is the only quantified promise on this site, because it is the only one we can put in writing. The rest is judged on the candidates we send you.
- The replacement is on us. You do not pay twice for the same role.
- The guarantee covers every placement, from warehouse associate to operations director.
What gets checked while we search
Cards and licences
Forklift cards, WHMIS training, CCQ competency cards. We see them before you do. A candidate without the card for the role does not reach you.
Availability for the shift
Evenings, nights, weekends. Availability is confirmed at screening, before you put an offer together.
What the market actually pays
If your range cannot hire a machinist or a warehouse team lead in your region, we tell you on the first call.
From the first call to the first day
- 01
Scoping the mandate
We document the role, the shifts to cover and the salary range that can actually hire in your region.
- 02
Search and screening
Direct outreach through our networks, a screening interview, checks on references, cards and availability.
- 03
The shortlist
You get a short list of candidates who have already said yes to that specific role, with our interview notes.
- 04
Onboarding and follow-up
We track the placement for six months. The guarantee kicks in if the fit does not hold.
Send your profile, even with no posting open
We file profiles by trade family and call when a mandate matches your experience and your conditions.

- Our fees are paid by employers. Applying never costs you anything.
- Roles that actually exist
- Every mandate we work is a confirmed, funded need at an employer.
- Your go-ahead first
- Your profile only goes to an employer after you say yes to that specific role.
